At the British Sweet Shop, we pride ourselves on our customer service and our presentation.

All of our products are carefully hand packed and secured, to ensure that the products you have purchased are delivered to in perfect condition. However, mistakes are made and sometimes out of our hands as all our shipping is handled with Australia Post and the British Sweet Shop cannot be held responsible for any product damaged in transit.

(please note all our shipping cost are generated from Australia post). Once your order has been received it will be dispatched within 5 business days.
Once your order has been proceeded you will receive a conformation email, once it has been shipped you will be emailed a tracking number and invoice. If you do not receive these don’t hesitate to email and we will get this sorted as soon as possible.

Please get in contact with us if the parcel is urgent as we can make other arrangements

other options include our ‘’click n collect’’ where you can come an pick your order up from instore or we do have the option for an Express post once you have confirmed your order.

Please note we strongly recommend the use of our ice packs on all orders containing chocolate In the summer months 1stof November – 30thof March (we highly recommend all orders bound for the Northern Western Australia (AU), Northern Territory (AU), Northern Queensland (AU) that you ALWAYS purchase the ice pack option)

Unfortunately, as our chocolate is all imported from the U.K, does not contain the melting agent Australian chocolate has.  We can never 100% guarantee the chocolates arrival in these summer months and will not accept refunds on melted chocolate.

We always insulate our boxes well and with the inclusion of the icepacks, we do the best we possibly can to get your sweets to you in the best possible condition for you to enjoy.

During these warmer months, with orders containing chocolate, we may get in contact with you in regards to holding your order until we think suitable to send it.
